Six Americans managed to slip away and find refuge in the home of Canadian Ambassador Ken Taylor. “Argo” chronicles the life-or-death covert operation to rescue the six Americans. 120 minutes.

Ann long time library advocate and one of the founding members of the Sherburne Friends of the Library died Saturday September 29, 2012. She was the community’s “Keeper of the Flame, ” beloved by many friends and family she will be dearly missed. Her youthful spirit, art, inspiration, keen wit, and humor will be with us always.
A Celebration of Ann’s Life will be held early Summer of 2013.
